Training and Development

 

At Sands Consulting Group, Inc., we understand the value of understanding training requirements and translating them into applicable training solutions. We perform a detailed needs analysis to determine how training can training can improve both individual and organizational performance. This is only the beginning. We then customize the training intervention appropriate for building the skills necessary. We accomplish this through pre-work prior to live training, live training, post-training follow-up to ensure that employees have learned the skills discussed in the classroom and can demonstrate improved performance in their current job responsibilities.
